6RFT each with a partner:
P1 does 3 heavy C&J + 12 wall balls
P2 does 9 pull ups + 36 double unders
Once both partners have completed their respective couplets, switch so P1 does the pull ups/DUs and P2 does the C&J/WB.
Continue switching until both partners have complete 6 rounds of each couplet.
