Metcon (Time)

5K row for time, with a partner.

Row in 2 minute increments.

After every 2 mins of rowing, stop and complete 50 air squats + 50 push ups before resuming the row. Both partners work at the same time to accumulate the squat and push up reps. Only one person rows at a time.

Re-start monitor at 0:00 every time you start a new 2 minute row, and keep track of meters as you go.

50 minute cap.
