Power Test (AMRAP – Reps)

In 30 minutes, row as many meters as possible. Before starting your row, complete 50 reps each of the following movements. Divide the reps however you want, and complete them in any order.

Deadlifts (135/95)

Box jumps (24/20)


Hand release push ups

KB headcutters (53/35)

American swings (53/35)

Sit ups

Ball slams (20/10)

Wall balls (20/14)

Score = meters rowed.
