50 strict pull ups

50 push ups

Divide reps however you want. 10 minute cap. If you don’t finish, add remaining reps to 10:00 to get your score.

B: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP20:

400m run

12 toes to bar

8 DB snatch/side (50/35)

DB snatch do not have to be alternating.
