Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

With a partner, on a 25 minute running clock:

Run 1800m together

Then, AMRAP in the remaining time:

12 burpee box jumps (24/20)

10 front rack forward lunges (115/75)

8 push press (115/75)

Dividing reps however you want.

*1800m run = 3x600m loop
