Metcon (Time)

Every 12 minutes x 3RFT:

45/30 calorie Assault Bike

40 alternating DB snatches

80 double unders

Cascade-style, so partners follow each other. P1 starts on the bike. P2 starts the bike when P1 finishes…then can start the DB snatches once P1 is done. Partners are working at the same time, but on different movements.

Score is time when P3 or P4 finishes the last DU on the last set.

Record 3 or 4 partners in comments.
