Working with a partner, for total time:

Partner 1 does 6×3 power cleans

Partner 2 does 12 ball slams after each set of PC.

Rest 2 minutes.

Then,

P2 does 6×3 power cleans

P1 does 12 ball slams after each set of PC.

Rest 2 minutes.

Then,

P1 does 5-10-15-20-25-30 KB swings

P2 does 5 burpees after each set of swings.

Rest 2 minutes.

Then,

P2 does 5-10-15-20-25-30 KB swings

P1 does 5 burpees after each set of swings.

Score is time on the clock when P2 finishes last set of burpees.

RX = 155/105 PC and 53/35 KB
