A: Split Jerk (15 mins, singles )

B: Metcon (Weight)

7 sets w/ 1 min. rest between sets:

3 deadlifts

3 hang power cleans

3 jerks

Each set must be unbroken for the weight to count. Building weight ok; score = total weight. E.g. if you do 100# for all 7 sets, your score is 100 x 7 = 700.
