I go/you go, resting while your partner works:

10 burpees to a 6″ target

10 alternating DB snatch (50/35)

10 DB walking lunges (total) (50/35)

400m run with med ball (20/14)

P1 does 10 burpees, then P2 does 10 burpees…P1 does 10 DB snatch, P2 does 10 DB snatch…etc. Partners run together.
