12 over the bar burpees
Do either B or C…not both! 😉

C: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Partner version

AMRAP18:

6 push press

9 pull ups

12 over the bar burpees

*Alternate movements w/ your partner: P1 does push press, P2 pull ups, P1 burpees, P2 push press…etc.
