With a partner complete as many rounds as possible of the following:
10 bumper plate burpees
10 bumper plate ground to overhead
10 bumper plate overhead walking lunge
Partner A works on the AMRAP while partner B runs 250m with number plate. Once finished with the run, partners will switch and pick up where the other left off in the AMRAP.
