Working with a partner, 1 person working at a time:

50-40-30-20-10

Wall balls (20/14)

Walking lunges

AbMat sit ups

Box jumps (24/20)

Start each round with 50 ft handstand walk (total), 50 ft wheelbarrow (each), OR 10 wall climbs (total).

Run 400m together after each set of box jumps, including after the last set.
