With a partner, alternating every 200m farmers carry (53/35), 4RFT:

1000m row

80 double unders

60 DB snatch (50/35)

40 OH walking lunges (45/25 plate)

20 pull ups


5RFT and use a heavier DB for snatches (anything goes, as long as it’s heavier than 50/35). Also feel free to scale up the farmers carry weight.

*All reps are total reps, NOT per side.
