In groups of 3, 18 minutes to complete 5 rounds for reps:

P1 = max reps bench press

P2 = max cals Assault Bike in 40 sec.

P3 = rest/spotter for P1

Each partner scored separately

RX = 95/65

RX+ = 135/95

RX++ = 185/135
