In teams of 4:

200 toes to bar

200 DB snatches

200 box jumps

200 calorie bike

200 hang power cleans

200 calorie row

One person working at a time, two people resting, one person running 400m with your team’s “turkey” aka wall ball. 20 burpee penalty per person (collective punishment) if your turkey touches the ground during the WOD.
