“Kill It”

50 ground to overhead (135/95)

200m farmers carry

100 wall balls – waterfall style

50 deadlifts

200m farmers carry

100 calorie row

50 front squats

200m farmers carry

100 pull ups

“Bring It Home”

Partner 1: front rack hold

Partner 2: double unders

Partner 3: rest

Until you reach 300 double unders

Teams of 2: scale to 12 bear crawls, 30, and 65 reps (for the 50 and 100)
