A: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

In 8 minutes, get as far as you can in a 5-10-15-20-25-etc. ladder:

Air squats

Push ups

Rest 4+ minutes.

Then in another 8 minutes, get as far as you can in another 5-10-15-20-25-etc. ladder:

Forward lunges (not walking)

Hollow rocks

Extra credit for adding weight to your squats and lunges (and push ups?) in a creative way….
