BRING A FRIEND CLASS
The first Saturday of every month is Bring A Friend Day. 7, 8.30, and 10am WODs are all open to people without previous CrossFit experience. Bring your friends, frenemies, or family members, and give them a taste of CrossFit! Bring A Friend Day workouts are designed to be challenging for our experienced members, yet accessible and fun for people new to CrossFit.
