Fourth of July Class Schedule and WOD

July 4th falls on a Monday this year.  We will have classes at 7am and 9am.  Both classes will do the newly-released CrossFit workout “1775.”  This workout was created for the U.S. Army’s birthday at the request of Under Secretary of the Army Patrick Murphy, “In celebration of the founding of the United States Army on June 14, 1775, and in honor of its soldiers and their unwavering dedication to national defense.”

17 power cleans (135/95)

75 air squats

Unload the barbell and carry it 200 meters away.

Return to the plates and then carry one forward to the barbell.

Retrieve the second plate, carry it forward and reload the barbell for the next round.
