Meet Brittany! Here’s a little bit about her, a TPH OG:
I am a Type A, routine driven mom and wife that rarely pays full price for anything and loves an extra dirty Titos bruised blue cheese stuffed martini!
How long have you been a member of TPH?
I was 6 months pregnant with my son, Braxton, when I joined and he is now 9, you do the math
If you could go back and tell your day-one TPH self one thing what would it be?
You won’t know it but in 10 years, you will still be doing Crossfit. You will show up, slowly get better and more strong. Coaches and friends will come and go, but you will stay, making this the longest workout type you have stuck with. Crossfit is hard but one day, you will check that RX box.

What cool things have you used your fitness for outside the gym?
I always bring the groceries inside in 1 trip! I love a White Pass black diamond ski run and you’ll catch me behind a boat wake surfing. My goal is to teach Braxton that fitness is fun and he has grown up in the gym. At this rate, he’s on track to get a muscle up before me.
If you could design your favorite workout what movements would it include?
16 minute AMRAP-60 double unders, 30 ab mat sit ups, 15 hang power clean, 7 kipping pull ups!
