Individual design is highly effective whether you are brand new to fitness or a competitive athlete, and we work with clients of every fitness level. It’s not just about getting a custom workout plan; our professional coaches take a holistic approach and address lifestyle factors such as stress management and nutrition to improve your quality of life both in and out of the gym. Our individualized program design clients include endurance and outdoor athletes, pregnant and postpartum women, people returning to fitness after an injury, competitive CrossFit athletes, and people who want to generally increase their strength and improve their lifestyles.
Our individualized coaching memberships include 24/7 access to our gym so your workout times are determined by your ideal schedule, not ours.
We deliver workout programs and communicate with our athletes using CoachRX. This app allows us to track metrics and measure progress over time. When athletes upload videos — simple to do within the app — we can give detailed feedback to improve weightlifting technique and gymnastics skills, even when we are not seeing them in-person. Regular face to face consultations ensure we stay on track from month to month.
