Exercise and lifting have been part of Aaron’s life for over 30 years. He loves all things outdoors: skiing, mountain biking, paddle boarding, and diving. But his passion is working with people to find their best selves and live their best lives. CrossFit brings together so many people with the same desires. He aims to foster that environment with positive energy and motivation to keep everyone moving forward and growing!
He’s a stickler for form and technique, and you will be hard pressed to get a half-ass rep past him. He’s always happy to answer questions, give feedback, and talk about working toward your next goal. He wants to make the best of every opportunity and have fun doing it!
My ideal workout would include a heavy barbell and gymnastics couplet.
Outside the gym, you can find me skiing in the backcountry with powder in my face.
A really cool experience I’ve had is spending 8 days on a glacier in Alaska skiing powder-full couloirs.
