CrossFit Teens

Winter 2025 CrossFit Teen Camp begins JANUARY 12th!

Dates: Weekly on Sundays from 1/12 - 3/23 (no class on 2/16)

Times:
AM Class: 11:30AM - 1:00PM (SOLD OUT!)
PM Class: 1:00PM - 2:30PM*

*Families will register for one time slot, which the athlete will attend for the full 10 weeks. This is to enable more tailored programming and planning for each class, as well as to help teens build stronger relationships with their class group.

Ages: 10 and up

Cost: Families can purchase
any of the following class
packages:

6 class pack: $150 + tax
8 class pack: $176 + tax
10 class pack: $200 + tax

What is CrossFit Teens?

CrossFit Teens is designed specifically to introduce young athletes to the sport of CrossFit and build community with other teens through fitness. All components are coach-led and supervised, with ample instruction to help athletes of all levels move well and get strong!

Over 10 weeks, athletes will be introduced to Olympic lifts, gymnastics skills, and functional movements designed to build strength, develop body awareness, and increase explosive power.

Every class will include:

  • Warm up game

  • Skill/movement instruction

  • Strength & Conditioning

  • Cool down & stretch session

Attendance Expectations

Because this is a developmental course, instruction will build progressively from one week to the next. For athletes’ safety and continued progress, it is strongly encouraged that athletes…

  1. Attend the first two classes (1/12 & 1/19): These weeks are critical to lay the foundation for many of our movements and build community.

  2. Attend your specific class time each week: with advance notice, we can accommodate an occasional change in class time, but in general we ask that the athlete attend the same class time each week during the cycle.

  3. Attend at least six classes throughout the cycle

  4. Communicate planned absences as far in advance as possible: This can be done via email, or in person before/after class.

Of course, it’s understandable that things come up at the last minute, but if you already know that your athlete will not make it to six classes, or that they will miss one of the first two weeks, please talk to Ginna before completing the registration process.
