Drop-ins

Drop In Policy

We love meeting other CrossFitters, and would love for you to work out with us while you are in town!

We welcome out of town drop ins with current CrossFit experience, or who are working with a coach and on an individualized program. If you live in our area, after 2-3 drop ins, we’ll encourage you to sign up for one of our membership options instead.

Pro Tips for Drop Ins

  • Please arrive a few minutes early so your coach can have a chance to meet you and ask about your CrossFit experience and any injuries.
  • You can park anywhere in our parking lot, except please not directly in front of the Subway.
  • If you are using the gym for open gym, please remember that coached classes always have priority for equipment use and space, and be considerate of the coach and members when making loud noises. In general, we celebrate weirdness, but please don’t do anything so weird that people watching you have to cock their heads and wonder WTF you are doing.
