    October 9 - November 19: CHALLENGE
    Six weeks of nutrition and lifestyle habits
    Habits will build from week to week

    Cost: $99 and yes, there will be prizes!

  • Who is it for? What does it involve?

    This nutrition challenge is for anyone who wants to dial in their nutrition and lifestyle habits BEFORE the holiday season, so you’ll be able to make good decisions that will keep you feeling great all winter long.

    The six week challenge will be habit-based. We’ll start small with foundational habits in weeks 1-2, add a few more in weeks 3-4, then still more in weeks 5-6. The goal is that by layering on habits, you’ll make them sustainable parts of your life. The goal is not perfection! It’s to learn what makes you feel good, and give you some accountability to stick with them even when you don’t feel like it.
