Who is it for?
This class is for people who are new to CrossFit, or who want to refresh their skills after some time away from the gym. It’s also a great way to dip your toes into the CrossFit water if you’re interested but not sure you want to commit to a membership yet.

What will we do in class?
You’ll get detailed instruction from our most experienced coaches on many of the major lifts, including the deadlift, squat, press, and power clean. We’ll also cover CrossFit’s training philosophy and terminology you’ll see in class. Whether you already know you’ll love CrossFit or you are somewhat interested but still on the fence, this class will set you up for future fitness success!
