Tony is an expert nutrition and fitness coach with over a decade of experience in the industry and has helped dozens of athletes reach unique goals.

He specializes in nutrition coaching and fitness program design for new to elite athletes. He has extensive experience designing programs for the sport of CrossFit. Over the last decade, he has guided many athletes to successful CrossFit seasons as well as creating confidence and and skillsets for athletes who have the urge to compete.

He also has a knack for adventure and for building a strong aerobic base for mountaineers, climbers, and endurance runners. Tony believes the fitness we build inside the gym is best used outside seeking adventure and creating experiences.

Tony also offers individualized nutrition coaching. He can help you fuel for performance, longevity, or aesthetics. Depending on your goals and experience, he will create a fueling protocol that helps you move better, look better, and feel better both in and out of the gym.

He is available for both in-person and remote coaching.
